Thailand - Post Placement

After placement of a child families are required to provide post placement reports to Adoption Advocates International. There are two types of reports that are required, family reports and agency reports. Below is a schedule of the reports due for China as well as the required format.

Family reports: due 2, 4 and 6 months after placement.

Agency reports: due 2, 4 and 6 months after placement.

Photos: 6-8 good quality photos required with each report submission, including one FAMILY PHOTO.
